I have recently joined the Eco-3D team at CerCo under Benoit Cottereau. In my current project, I am looking at computational models (such as NNMF and STDP networks), and how they may be used to explain the encoding and selectivity of neurons to disparity and depth.

Previously, I have worked on colour vision and colour-texture appearance; in particular, pesudo-invariants like the achromatic locus and the unique-hue mechanisms. I have also worked on the appearance and perception of natural textures and the problem of chromatic and luminance adaptation.

Natural stimuli and their statistics are a recurring theme in most of my projects. I am also passionate about mathematics and its innovative use in vision research and neuroeconomics.
